LAKE WINNEBAGO STURGEON SPEARING DEADLINE OCT 31
The deadline for customers to purchase their Sturgeon Spearing license for Lake Winnebago is 11:59 pm on October 31.  Everyone can purchase these tags; no application is required.  The deadline does not affect the purchase of the Upriver Sturgeon tags awarded through the permit application process.

HAVE CUSTOMERS CONFIRM THEIR PURCHASE BEFORE THEY LEAVE
Make sure to have customers double check their license purchases before they leave your business with their license documents.  Some products (such as Farmland Antlerless Harvest Authorizations) cannot be changed or refunded once the season for that license has begun.  If something is incorrect, the license should be voided right away and processed again.  How do I void?​

HOW MANY BONUS ANTLERLESS PERMITS ARE LEFT?
The Bonus Antlerless Harvest Authorizations are now on sale for all units that still have permits remaining.  SELECT HERE​​ for instructions on how to sell.  Customers may purchase one harvest authorization per day until that unit is sold out.  Customers will be required to indicate the zone (Forest Zone or Farmland Zone), deer management unit, and land type (public or private).  SELECT HERE​​ for a list of the available permits.​​

NONRESIDENT DEER LICENSES FOR JUNIOR HUNTERS
Nonresident Junior hunters (under age 18) do not have a Junior deer license available.  If they wish to hunt a gun season they should purchase a Nonresident Junior Sportsman license which includes Gun Deer, Fishing, and Small Game.  If they wish to hunt both gun and archery/crossbow seasons, they should purchase the Nonresident Junior Patron license.  This is the cheaper alternative to the nonresident deer license.

​FARMLAND ANTLERLESS DEER HARVEST AUTHORIZATIONS
​Deer licenses purchases now include the optional add-on for the Farmland Antlerless Harvest Authorizations.  Customers must provide the Deer Management Unit and land type (private or public) during the sale.  Customers who already purchased their deer license prior to July 1 will be eligible to redeem them for free at a DNR Service Center, or online at gowild.wi.gov, or at an authorized sales agent for a $2 service fee.​ SELECT HERE for instructions.  Visit the Deer Hunting link to the left for more 2026 deer season info.​​
