AWARDED SPRING TURKEY PERMITS​
Successful Spring Turkey applicants receive a postcard in the mail notifying them that they won a turkey permit for the spring turkey season.  SELECT HERE​ to see a sample of the postcard.  Awarded permits will be posted to customer accounts and may be purchased starting March 1

BONUS SPRING TURKEY PERMITS HOW MANY ARE LEFT?​
The bonus spring turkey permits are now on sale for all units that have permits remaining.  Customers may purchase one permit per day until units become sold out or the season ends.  See more information on the TURKEY HUNTING PAGE.

FISHING LICENSE TYPES
Fishing season is underway, and customers will be coming in requesting various fishing license types.  Check out the FISHING button to the left.  You can view tutorials for the different license types and read some Frequently Asked Questions pertaining to fishing license sales.  ​

CREATING NEW USER IDs FOR GO WILD
​All license agents completed a new sales contract prior to receiving your new license equipment.  ​This contract requires license agents to create usernames/passwords for each individual user that operates the system, and to no longer "share" one username/password for all users.   Please begin creating individual user accounts using the instructions HERE.  ​

SCANNING A WISCONSIN DRIVER LICENSE​
If you are having trouble scanning a Wisconsin driver license with the new (Version 2) license sales scanner, try using this CALIBRATION SHEET​.  You can print it out and use it to update the scanner to read Wisconsin driver licenses better.  You can also find more tips on scanning driver licenses HERE​.  ​

ORDER SPARE PRINTER TONER
According to the License Agent contract, license sales agents are responsible for providing a supply of printer toner and paper.  They can be ordered at most office supply businesses or order online.  Below are the compatible toner cartridges for your printer.  Please order HP134A or HP134X Black Laser Jet Toner Cartridge to have extra toner on hand.​                                                              ​
