SNOWMOBILE REGISTRATION RENEWALS.
You can renew a snowmobile right on your Go Wild kiosk.  Select the RENEW VEHICLES page to the left for more information on how to renew.  Note: you are able to process renewals only.  Customers who wish to transfer ownership of a snowmobile must do so online at gowild.wi.gov, or at a DNR service center.

WHO NEEDS A SNOWMOBILE TRAIL PASS?
All snowmobiles riding on Wisconsin public trails require a snowmobile trail pass, which is separate from snowmobile registration.  Select the TRAIL PASSES page to the left for more information, or print out a trail pass information sheet HERE.   SALES TIP:  Ask the customer where their snowmobile is registered before choosing which pass they will need:

  • The Wisconsin Snowmobile Trail Pass is for snowmobiles registered in Wisconsin.
  • The Nonresident Snowmobile Trail Pass is for snowmobiles registered elsewhere.
  • NOTICE:  The reduced rate AWSC "Club Member pass' is not available on Go Wild.  Customers must order those directly from the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC.org).
REMAINING DEER HUNTING SEASONS IN 2024
The traditional gun deer season ended on December 1.  However, there are still more opportunities for hunters to harvest a deer.  SELECT HERE to see the full hunting and trapping guide for 2024-2025, or SELECT HERE for the map of the additional deer seasons available in each management unit.

BONUS ANTLERLESS HARVEST AUTHORIZATIONS ON SALE!  How many are left?
Bonus Antlerless Harvest Authorizations are now on sale for all remaining units.  Customers may still purchase one harvest authorization per day until a unit is sold out.  Customers will be required to indicate the zone (Forest Zone 1 or Farmland Zone 2), deer management unit (county), and land type (public or private).  SELECT HERE for sales instructions.

CHECK THAT DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR RESIDENCY VERIFICATION

Make sure to check a customer's driver's license before selling them a license.  All customers must show proof of Wisconsin residency to purchase a resident license.  If they cannot, they must purchase a nonresident license.  SELECT HERE to see more info on verifying identification.

CREATING NEW USER IDs FOR GO WILD
All license agents completed a new sales contract prior to receiving your new license equipment.  This contract requires license agents to create usernames/passwords for each individual user that operates the system, and to no longer "share" one username/password for all users.   Please begin creating individual user accounts using the instructions HERE
