Go Wild now has option to email license documents to customers with an active email address.  They may now have the license documents emailed, printed, or both.  This option is on the Order Receipt page after the transaction is complete.​  Select the photo to the left to view more detail.​  Note:  The customer will be responsible to know if they need a printed copy based on where they will be fishing.​  SELECT HEREfor information.

UPDATE:  NEW NOTIFICATION MESSAGE FOR LATE SEASON PURCHASES
In the months of January and February, you may see a new window display for certain license products.  This window is a notification to customers that the license they are about to purchase is for the current year and will expire in March of 2026.  It will display a​fter the shopping cart before the sale is final.


NEW!  SEARCH FOR ORGANIZATIONAL ACCOUNTS
You will see a new button on the Customer Search page.  This button is used to search for an organization account that has already been created with the DNR.  NOTE: Limited approvals and vehicle renewals can be purchased by an organization.  Hunting and fishing licenses must still be purchased under the customer's individual account.​


WHO NEEDS A SNOWMOBILE TRAIL PASS?
All snowmobiles riding on Wisconsin public trails require a snowmobile trail pass, which is separate from snowmobile registration.  Select the TRAIL PASSES page to the left for more information, or print out a trail pass information sheet HERE.   SALES TIP:  Ask the customer where their snowmobile is registered before choosing the pass: ​
  • ​The Wisconsin Snowmobile Trail Pass is for snowmobiles registered in Wisconsin.
  • The Nonresident Snowmobile Trail Pass is for snowmobiles registered elsewhere.  
  • NOTICE:  The reduced rate AWSC Club Member pass is not available on Go Wild and must be ordered from the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC.org). ​​
NEW USER ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION POLICY
​A user ID with no login or transaction activity for 90 days will be automatically deactivated to maintain system security.  Please remind staff to log in every 90 days to avoid deactivation.  If a staff member becomes deactivated, a user with manager permissions can reactivate using the instructions HERE​.  Contact your Business Support Specialist with any questions.​
